Head to eBay and purchase 2lbs of Chaga for starters. This stuff resembles rocks, very dense. NOT a strong flavor. Once your Chaga rocks arrive, grind 3-5 Chaga rocks in a blender or coffee mill at a time. I grind up 10lbs at a time, store in ZipLock bags. Make you fave beverage, add 1 heaping tablespoon and stir. Yes, ingest the grounds-this is my fave part. I take about 5-8 tablespoons of chaga each day. BTW, Chaga, once ground, is a beautiful iridescent brown color.
