The tuition for 2015-2016 is $465 per credit hour. A late registration fee of $ will be charged to those graduate students completing their registration after the first day of class. Tuition and fees must be paid in full before the first class session. An additional charge (late payment penalty) of $ per month will be added if payment is not received in the Bursar’s Office located in Elderdice Hall, 410-857-2208 or 410-857-2209, by the first class. The proceeds of a Direct Loan are exempt from the late payment penalty provided a completed application is received in the Financial Aid Office located in Elderdice Hall, 410-857-2233, at least three weeks prior to the first day of class.
