ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — a number of past Order Amish in Adams district is suing the county sewer district saying an infraction of these very first Amendment directly to religious versatility.
“The situation is all about a violation from the authorities associated with the Amish, center religious opinion,” said attorneys Richard W. Schulte. “[Adams district] was actually pushing the Amish to hook up to a sewer system and, as you know, they don’t rely on utilizing electrical power because religious opinions.”
