(AP) — matchmaking apps such as Grindr, OkCupid and Tinder problem private information to advertising tech agencies in possible infraction of European data privacy legislation, a Norwegian customers class said in a study Tuesday.
The Norwegian customers Council stated they found “serious privacy infringements” within the testing of just how shadowy internet based advertising organizations track and account smartphone consumers.
The council, a government-funded nonprofit team, commissioned cybersecurity business Mnemonic to analyze 10 Android os mobile software.
