Brittany started working with the Club when she was 16 years as a Junior Staff. She wants to be a positive role model for our local youth. Currently, she is going to school and studying social work. Her favorite sport is volleyball.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Illinois State University. She oversees our front desk operations and memberships. Lisa is also known as the Director of Smiles, being the first face the kids see when they enter the Pontiac facility.

Allison joined the Boys & Girls Club movement in . She is working on earning her Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Allison enjoys the opportunity to help provide a safe and positive environment for the youth that attend the Club. One of her favorite parts about her job is that she gets to introduce the kids to STEAM through lots of hands-on science experiments/activities. Allison also coaches our FRC robotics team for Jr/Sr High School students.

Jess has been a youth development professional for over 9 years. She recently relocated here to Pontiac, Illinois to become Site Supervisor of Pontiac Junior High School. She is a recent Baker University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Business Leadership and is currently obtaining her Master’s through Baker University in Strategic Management as she expands her knowledge in the leadership field find out here.
